Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our CBD products, we only ship to countries/regions where CBD is legal. Currently, we do not ship to restricted countries/regions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products can be legally imported into their destination country.

International Shipping Policy

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and other charges in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times for international orders may vary based on the destination country and local customs processes.

Failed Delivery Policy

In the event that an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is not claimed, the customer will be responsible for return and reshipment shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@drsmoke.es within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate the issue, and if necessary, we will reship the items at no additional cost or issue a refund.
